Sourdough French Bread

A delicious bakery style French bread that is soft on the inside with a thin, crisp crust on the outside. The addition of sourdough starter as a secondary leavening agent lends a bit of complexity to the flavor, but no added sourdough tang. Makes incredible garlic bread!

Ingredients: All-purpose flour, filtered water, wheat flour, rye flour, olive oil, sugar, active dry yeast, salt, cornstarch
