Watermelon Daiquiris
Jump to recipe
If you have more watermelon on hand than you can easily use before it goes soft, cube it into one-inch pieces, freeze it on a baking sheet, then store in freezer bags up to six months or until you’re ready for some summery adult refreshment. These easy daiquiris use vodka instead of the traditional rum. They are also good made with fresh watermelon if you just can’t wait.
Ingredients
- 5 cups frozen, cubed watermelon (or enough to fill your blender pitcher)
- 6 ounces vodka
- 2 ounces Grand Marnier
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the pitcher of your blender and blend until smooth
- Pour into cocktail glasses and serve with a sprig of mint and/or a lime slice for garnish
